The family moved into a new home in Winkfield and wanted to upgrade the old intruder alarm left by the previous owners. They contacted Falcon to find out the options available to them.
We are happy to take over existing alarm installations, subject to a survey. This is to make sure we can provide our first class service with the equipment that’s already in place. We made an appointment and our experienced engineer completed a thorough security survey.

To upgrade the existing security, Falcon installed additional shock and contact sensors on the balconies and flat roofs. Panic buttons were fitted for extra peace of mind, in case an incident inside the house requires Police response. New smoke detectors were also connected to the home security system for the ultimate safety package!
We then replaced the old alarm control panel with a modern version which connects to a smart phone app. This means the security system can be controlled from anywhere, at any time, with a tap on the screen! Everything was tested on site and our engineer cleaned up so it looked like we were never there! We ensured the family were confident using the new system before leaving them to enjoy their new, secure home.
